Amelia Lodge Overview
We know that your Florida holiday is a special time for you and your family to remember forever, so we've gone all the way and designed a charming unique home, so your stay will remain an extra special memory.
Amelia lodge is our home from home and is conveniently located close to all the Disney parks and the 192 highway, where you will find hundreds of shops, restaurants and entertainment centers for all the family to enjoy.
For the Golfers there are at least 30 golf courses in close proximity to the villa
The villa has its own fully south facing 28ft swimming pool with an extended deck area, which will provide you with complete privacy whilst you relax. You will also enjoy the exclusive views of the nature conservation area, at the end of the very large garden.
  
The villa is fully equipped with every thing you need from hairdryers to towels you name it ..its there!- and when you are ‘theme parked out’ there are 5 TV’s with WiFi high speed Internet connection, and even a small games area (should you have the time!)
To help you enjoy your stay even more we have an English couple, who look after our home for us, and there are located very close by.
Bedrooms Master Bedroom 1
This very large luxury furnished bedroom which has been beautifully decorated has a large 6ft 6in x 8ft super king size bed. The bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. A large en-suite fully fitted bathroom with a separate toilet, shower and large corner bath and a walk in wardrobe.
For added luxury you can walk straight from the bedroom into the swimming pool area
 
Master 2
This themed room has a Queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe plus an en-suite fully fitted bathroom. This room is in the 2nd wing of the villa and has its own TV and DVD player
Bedroom 3
This fully furnished bedroom is situated in the 3rd wing of the house and has 2 single beds and large fitted wardrobes with again its own TV and DVD player
 
Bathroom 3
A fully fitted bathroom is located between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms
Bedroom 4
This multi use room has bunk beds that can accommodate 3 people –ideal for kids and those young at heart! Whimsically themed with a beautiful hand painted mural. This bedroom also has its own TV and DVD player with a walk in wardrobe

This beautifully decorated and furnished room has a large corner settee which seats up to 9 people comfortable with doors leading out onto the swimming pool & decked area
This are has a new flat screen TV with DVD and CD player and Wifi internet available for you use
The quiet area has 2 chaise-lounge for that afternoon nap!
 
Dining room
Elegantly furnished to a very high standard with large glass top table and seating 8 people, also with doors leading out onto the swimming pool & decked area
Kitchen Diner Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, other small appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you will need . The kitchen area has island seating and bistro style table and chairs and also over looks the pool area
Pool and Spa The Pool
This area is fully south facing with a 28ft heatable swimming pool, which has steps into it
The extended decking area has luxury patio furnishings including large circular table to enjoy outside dining
There are sun beds and chairs for you to soak up that Florida sun
(Pool towels are also supplied)
The pool areas is completely private and not overlooked with the ground fully fenced in and overlooks the conservation areas
This area is so peaceful and quiet ideal for watching the sun go down on after a hectic day

The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in other areas including the lanai area of the pool and bedrooms
